Terms & Conditions of Vehicle Rental - PT Bikini Garage Bali
1. General Provisions
This Agreement is provided in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
The renter must provide complete and accurate personal identification and full vehicle details as required.
Each page of this Agreement must be reviewed and signed by both parties to constitute full acceptance of the terms herein.
2. Rental Period
The rental period commences upon the official handover of the vehicle and concludes at the time the vehicle is returned to the Company.
The minimum rental duration is one (1) day, equivalent to twenty-four (24) hours.
Any extension of the rental period shall be subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
3. Rental Fees
All rental fees must be paid in full (100%) prior to commencement of the rental period.
A security deposit ranging from USD 200 to USD 1000 shall be collected, depending on the type of vehicle rented.
Should the renter cancel the booking, a cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee shall apply.
All payments shall be made only through the official bank accounts of PT Bikini Garage Bali.
4. Late Return & Vehicle Return
Late returns shall incur a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the daily rental rate per hour of delay.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle upon return.
5. Renter Requirements
The renter must hold a valid and legally recognized driver’s license.
The vehicle may not be taken outside the island of Bali without prior written authorization from the Company.
Driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited.
6. Obligations of the First Party (PT Bikini Garage Bali)
To provide the rented vehicle in good, roadworthy, and fully operational condition.
To hand over the vehicle in accordance with the official Vehicle Handover Report.
To return the renter’s original identification document(s) upon completion of the rental period.
To document the vehicle’s condition at the time of handover through photographs and/or video recordings.
7. Obligations of the Second Party (The Renter)
To maintain the vehicle responsibly and refuel using Pertamax Turbo or the fuel grade specified by the Company.
To settle the full rental payment prior to vehicle handover.
To provide a refundable security deposit, which will be returned after the final inspection confirms the vehicle’s condition.
To provide identification documents as required:
Foreign nationals: Original passport.
Indonesian citizens: Full personal details and a copy/photo of their National ID (KTP) and/or passport.
To bear all repair costs for any damage arising during the rental period, including minor, major, or accident-related damage.
To acknowledge that the rental vehicle is not covered under any insurance policy; all damages shall be the sole responsibility of the renter.
To assume full responsibility for any traffic violations and resulting penalties.
To refrain from transferring, subleasing, or allowing unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
To replace one hundred percent (100%) of the vehicle’s value within two (2) working days in the event of total loss or damage exceeding fifty percent (50%).
To accept that non-compliance with this Agreement may result in reporting to the relevant authorities (POLDA Bali).
To refrain from using the vehicle for off-road driving or along beach and coastal areas.
The Company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice should the renter violate any of the usage terms.
8. Terms & Conditions for Driver-Included Service
A. Service Conditions
The rental period for driver-included services shall follow the itinerary or program mutually agreed upon prior to commencement.
The rental fee includes:
Professional driver service
Fuel for the agreed itinerary
The rental fee excludes:
Parking fees
Toll charges
Entrance fees to tourist attractions
Personal expenses of the passengers
The driver shall operate in accordance with the agreed schedule and designated route.
B. Itinerary Changes
All changes to the route or schedule must be communicated in advance.
Any modification to the itinerary may result in an adjustment of the service fee.
C. Overtime
Overtime charges shall apply at the rate of ten percent (10%) of the vehicle’s rental cost per hour.
D. Payment
A full payment or deposit is required to secure the booking.

No refunds shall be issued for early termination of services by the renter.
E. Cancellation
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
F. Service Area Conditions
Service rates are determined based on the agreed geographical service area.
Use of the vehicle outside the designated service area may incur additional charges.
G. Driver Professionalism
All drivers employed by the Company are:
Properly trained
Duly licensed
Required to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy at all times
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by:
Traffic congestion
Severe weather conditions
Unexpected or unavoidable events beyond the Company’s control
