Car Availability Date

1. The renter should have a valid driving license and passport.
2. Late return of the vehicle will incur an additional charge of 10% per hour from the rental price.
3. The renter is not allowed to take the vehicle out of Bali without the owner's permission.
4. Rent must be paid 100% in advance.
5. Cancellation of the rental will be charged 50% of the rental price.
6. It is prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs.
7. The renter should check their belongings before returning the vehicle. Lost properties will not be the responsibility of the owner.

Obligations of the First Party:

1. Provide a vehicle unit in a ready-to-use condition, which is acknowledged and handed over to the Second Party according to the vehicle handover minutes.
2. Declare that the car is under the management of the First Party.
3. Declare that if the First Party has received the original ID from the Second Party as a guarantee for the vehicle handover, it will be returned after the agreed rental period ends.
4. The renter agrees to be documented during the vehicle handover (photos and videos).

Obligations of the Second Party:

1. Take good care of the rental car and refuel with Pertamax Turbo.
2. Pay the full agreed rental fees before the vehicle handover.
3. Pay a security deposit equivalent to the daily rental fee, which will be returned after the rental period is completed and the final condition check of the vehicle is performed.
4. Submit the original passport as a guarantee for the vehicle handover to the First Party (applicable to foreigners) or provide complete personal information and a photo ID (applicable to Indonesian citizens).
5. If there is any damage to the vehicle upon return, the Second Party is responsible for all repair costs, plus rental fees for the required repair period.
6. The Second Party acknowledges that any damage to the rental car is not covered by any insurance. If any damage occurs, the renter will pay for all damages.
7. If any traffic violation occurs due to the Second Party, all costs will be the responsibility of the Second Party.
8. The Second Party may not transfer or sublease the vehicle to another party.
9. If the vehicle is lost or damaged by more than 50%, the Second Party must replace 100% of the vehicle within 2 working days.
10. The Second Party agrees to be reported to the authorities if they do not comply with this agreement.
11. The Second Party is not allowed to bring the vehicle to off-road or coastal areas.
12. If the Second Party violates the established rules, the First Party has the right to retrieve the vehicle from the location without the Second Party's consent.
